Is there a fee and what does the fee include?

A $500 per person fee provides care to nearly all the details of your trip, including lodging, meals, project coordination, and tours during the mission experience. The fee does not include transportation or meals to and from Vanuatu or during any personal time off.  Be sure to check out our RESOURCES where you'll find access to lots of helpful information. Please contact us to make arrangements to pay your fee prior to your travels.

What travel documents do I need?

For international mission trips, a passport is required. Your passport's expiration date shall not be within 6 months of your trip start date. The country you are traveling to may require a visa. What type of lodging do you provide?

We'll provide reputable, clean and safe lodging. Note, that often times our teams are housed in local homes in the villages and it is not uncommon for our teams to stay in tents while in the remote villages. Your mission adventure host can give you more details.

Is ground transportation included?

Yes. We will meet you at the designated airport and transport you to every scheduled location.

Who can attend a Help Global Mission?

Anyone with a heart to serve others and a desire to grow closer to God is welcome to join us on a Help Global Mission. We welcome a blend of individuals and groups. Our mission trips are designed with you and your family or group in mind. There is something for everyone and any age when it comes to being involved and seeing lives transformed. Your mission adventure host can give you more details.

Is airfare included in the registration fee?

No. Airfare is not included in your registration. Your Help mission adventure host is happy to provide tips on traveling to your mission site.

What will we be doing on our mission trip?

Our trips vary from construction, relational ministry, outreach, and evangelism. Also, opportunities to actively engage in the local culture is important to us. Your Help adventure host will have specific details for each location.

  • What type of work does "construction" entail?

     A variety of skill levels can be used during construction projects--from skilled to unskilled.

​

  • What type of work does "relational ministry" entail?

    On these service sites, you’ll invest time in relating with local people. These sites are designed for you to meet and engage with a variety of people: kids, families, teenagers, and/or senior adults.

​

  • What type of work does "outreach" entail?

    During outreach times of a Help Global Mission you will help the local church reach out to children, youth, and adults.
