Be different from the world
No matter where you find yourself in
the world, we hope it's serving others.
So many people are afraid, lonely and feeling overwhelmed and defeated. This is your chance to come alongside, encourage and inspire them.
Think of serving someone or your community in a number of ways which might include:
A food box from the local food pantry or grocery store
A weekly bible study. Use the Bible Project's Bible Overviews as a basis of discussion and prayer.
An invitation into your yard for coffee and a discussion.
Fill someone's car with gas
Have a free bbq in the park
Pray for others
Call the grocery clerk by name and tell them thank you.
Start a community page online that encourages positive thinking and focuses on serving the needs of the community.
HELP! was created out of desperation to find help in our own lives. Wealthy, employed, blessed, lost and unhappy sums up the day the world came crashing down around us and we found ourselves asking, "What is this all for?" We cried for "help," unto God and asked Him to give us a meaningful purpose to the chaos and chore our lives had become. And He did! The vision was born to share our story and dramatic ministry with the world.
Now, Help! is building a team of performers, adventurers, film makers, musicians and anyone that desires to take a risk and be different from the world to travel the globe telling Jesus' story of Good News!
Currently we are building a church and Emergency Evacuation Center in the village of Teouma Cross on the island of Efate.
We often hear people talking of their plans to buy a new home, retire, or take costly extended vacations. Nothing is wrong with any of those ideas, but seldom do those plans include helping others.
At Help World Tour, our hearts are to lift the spirits and Hope of those living around us. Secondly, to seek out those who have lost Hope and instill life inside them by introducing them to the Hope that can be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Help! is a global movement of Christians from many denominations dedicated to presenting Jesus personally to this generation, to mobilizing as many as possible to help in this task, and to the training and equipping of believers for their part in fulfilling the Great Commission. As citizens of God’s kingdom, we are called to love, worship, and obey our Lord, to love and serve His Body, the Church, and to present the whole gospel for the whole person throughout the whole world.
We believe that the Bible is God’s inspired and authoritative word, revealing that Jesus Christ is God’s son; that people are created in God’s image; that He created us to have eternal life through Jesus Christ; that although all people have sinned and come short of God’s glory, God has made salvation possible through the death on the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ; that repentance, faith, love and obedience are fitting responses to God’s initiative of grace towards us; that God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth; and that the Holy Spirit’s power is demonstrated in and through us for the accomplishment of Christ’s last commandment, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation” (Mark 16:15).
